FAQ

What does the pilot cost?: Nothing. All 5 pilot partners use the full product free for the duration of the pilot. We'll agree on paid terms together before anything changes.
What do you need from my team?: Real usage and honest feedback. Point Ondari at workloads you actually care about, and tell us what's confusing, missing, or wrong — async notes or a short call, your choice.
How long does onboarding take?: Most teams send their first event within 5 minutes of signup and see their first real insight within a week. We'll help you instrument your first agents directly.
Is my usage data private?: Yes. Your organization's data is isolated per tenant and never shared. A case study only happens with your explicit permission.
What happens when the pilot ends?: We agree on terms together before anything changes — pilot partners get preferred pricing for helping us get here. No surprise bills, ever (we'd consider that a product failure).
My stack is JS / PHP / something else?: The REST API works from any language today. Native Python and PHP SDKs are live; the JS SDK ships during the pilot — partners get it first.
